The review posted on 8/23/2014 must have been meant for someone else. Please ignore it. Diane has never come to our home with anyone in tow. She does great work at a great price and I have nothing but good things to day about her. I really think you would enjoy her. She is a delightful person...

It was the first day of school and she had a kid with her and a older man . The kid was @16. The first thing she said to me was I bet you are questioning why he is not at school today. Well the reason is is because he switch schools and I the school cannot locate his records. Than after they were cleaning I notice he has an ankle bracelet on he was not enrolled in school he was under arrest house arrest so that made me feel very uncomfortable I would not recommend them. The moral of this story is don't lie to your customers.

The cleaning people were really good. They were on time. They did a really good job. It was very reasonable for what they did.

We called Diane for a cleaning estimate. Right off the bat she was extremely personable and we knew personality-wise she was the right fit for our home. She came out the next week and met with my brother. She noticed a lot of areas that needed cleaning that had been missed by another cleaning service that had already performed two services for us. Note: Diane is very detail-oriented. She will notice the small details and will take care of them. After she saw the home she wanted to talk with me to ensure she took my input into account before providing an estimate. We got our estimate and it was a bit more than we wanted to spend, but for the details Diane was going to take care of we felt she would be worth the money. If the details matter to you, call Diane. Oh, and we have two furry medium-sized dogs so that is always a factor in the amount of time needed to clean the house. :) Anywho, we had a scheduling conflict so we were unable to work with Diane. If this changes however, we would give Diane a call in a heartbeat!

As a housewarming gift for my sister, I hired Diane to clean her new house before she moved in. It had previously been a rental so needed lots of work. Diane did a great job, working relentlessly for 13 hours. She's very thorough, does more than just surface cleaning. My sister loved moving into a clean home! Thanks Diane!

I am preparing to sell my house in SE Council Bluffs and have not had time to clean while doing repairs, fixing up, packing, moving, etc. I talked to Diane in late May and she promptly came to place a bid. She was honest in that I was a little too far for her to do a weekly cleaning but since my cleaning would be an all day event she would do that. She gave me the bid and said she could do the my house June 8 by moving some of her weekly customers to the following day. She arrived around 7:30am and left around 4:45pm so a definitely a full days work at 9 hours, minus a break for lunch I assume. I had never used a cleaning service and wasn't sure what to expect but I do know I have a preference to hiring American and local workers/small businesses such as Diane's as opposed to the chains that you pay for, and who in turn pay the worker $7/hr. From my initial meeting wtih her, I knew she was a friendly, talkative, vibrant, Catholic lady and I felt comfortable enough to leave her in my house for the day alone. When I came home, I opened the screen door from the inside of the garage to the kitchen and could smell the clean, not to mention that screen door was gleaming white - I had no idea it looked that way b/c it was covered in a layer of dirt over time I guess. I had a note on the counter saying "I hope you like the results. Give me a call when you get home. Diane". After a detailed inspection of touching the top of the fridge that was now dust free, opening the clean stove, opening and closing the blinds that are dust free, smelling and touching the doors and cabinetry to make sure they had been "pledged" as we discussed and they were, basement bar was all clean, everything vaccumed, bathrooms spotless....nothing was not done. I was amazed she could do all that in one day, but like she said, I am good at what I do and she is good at what she does, and her 16 years experience helps along with the correct tools. I called Diane after my inspection and told her how happy I was and what a relief it was to come home to a showable house after the neglect it was shown by me. I actually ended up spending two hours on the phone with Diane, just talking about life, her mentoring of a young person, my wedding (and where to buy some things I have yet to buy!), her other endevours, she gave me tips on how to maintain the house with my 2 little dogs that shed like crazy and tips on just normal cleaning stuff. She is a people person, very talkative and open, jokes around - just what I like and she works hard because her business is people and her reputation is her livelihood and the job she does. She cares about her work , even the detials, versus a large regional or national corporation that hires anyone off the street, in my opinion.

I asked Diane to provide an estimate for cleaning my 3500 SF home (1 year old, no pets). She was prompt and her initial inspection was thorough. However, she called back later that week to inform us that she did not have capacity to clean our home, because she worked alone and it would be prohibitively expensive for us if she was to spend 4 hours here every week. I got the impression that her current clients were not families, but older, retired, or 2nd home owners who needed little more than routine dusting. For info, our benchmark cleaning service is $125 every 2 weeks.

No problems. We have asked her to come back bi-weekly.

Diane work clean and fast and did a great job cleaning years of smoking, and cooking offthe cabinets.
