They came about 10 minutes late...not bad, we are hard to find...but I needed to get to work and I was told they would be prompt when initially making the appointment. 3 young men showed up, friendly enough, although not real organized and seemed in a hurry...talked about and quot;oh this won't be as bad a job as we thoughtand quot; (so not real professional). I was told to go around the house with one of the men (not the head guy) and to tell him all I wanted cleaned..but I never felt really listened to..Later they claimed I told them NOT to put the screens back in the windows... why I would ever want that is beyond me. They also did NOT take out the screens in my sunroom and clean them..which confused me.. When I came home from work I was miffed that they didn't put the screens back..(my college daughter who was there said they had told her I didn't want them to put the screens back, that I would do it!) After I settle down I started to clean my windows from the inside (because I had only asked them to do exterior) and noticed streaks and drops of rain still on the exterior of the windows.. I called to complain (politely) in hopes they would be able to return to put my screens back at least; yet the only response I received was a claim of miscommunication and a and quot;I am sorryand quot;. They left their squeegie hose attachment also.. I think...just trying to do too much too fast...and not enough listening and taking notes.. NO, I will not use them again. They have not given me a clear estimate, just a price per window, but I am guessing around $250.00, we have big windows. I wish I would have looked on Angie's List before I hired them...ahh well, lesson learned.

Started using this window cleaning service about 2 years ago. Quality of service has slowly degraded. Last time they were out looked like they had skipped numerous second story windows. When I called Joe told me he would check with crew foreman and get back to me. Never heard back till two months later with harassing and threatening emails. Almost felt like extortion. Joe has got a lot to learn about customer service. I will not do business with him again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

They were fast, accurate, clean and on time. They did a really job. I'm a repeat customer and will call them again.

The first time they came they had trouble taking the screens off and dented a few. Some of the windows had streaks. The second time, they didn't show up or call . When they did, they didn't clean the screens. I didn't want them removed again because I was afraid they would ruin them.

Diamond Window Cleaning did a very good job on my windows. They were very professional in what they did and how they acted. They are courteous and polite. I recommend these folks highly. They left me no cleanup when finished and did a job that I was pleased with.
