Everything was perfect! The prices were good and the job was good as well.

We will continue to have Cutters Lawn Service treat our lawn on a quarterly bases. They are very professional and punctual.

For the past 2 years, we've used the same service to remove our snow, so when the big snow storm of Dec 20, 2012 hit, we thought we were covered. Well, it turned out that our usual service providers were in a bit of trouble: their plow broke down early that morning. School, work, everything was canceled, so we decided to wait it out, as our service providers explained they were getting the situation taken care of and would be able to remove our snow for us. The following morning, we started getting desperate. Our provider was not returning calls to myself or other family members who also use the same provider. I began calling around, but all other providers were more than busy and could not take our job for at least another 24 hours. Cutters, however, called us back. The owner explained he was busy, but he understood our situation and would try to get us taken care of by 6pm. He and his crew showed up around 5:30, they quickly removed all snow on our driveway and sidewalks and did a VERY thorough job. Not only did Cutters get us out of a jam, they showed up on time, did outstanding work, charged me a very competitive rate, and were very friendly, taking the time to show me the work they did and providing a quote for future service. I was stunned. I've asked Cutters to perform both snow remove and lawn care for me in the future.

Ralph the owner is very professional, and I feel very honest. I have always been satisfied with his work.

I live in a condominium so I don't use all the services he offers, but he does come about twice a year and helps with things I am unable to do myself. In the winter he also runs a snow plowing business. He's very honest and very prompt. I never get the sense that he's up-selling, he simply tells me, very honestly, what is necessary.
