So thankful to find Bob to repair our carpet disaster! We had quite a large area where our puppy attempted an escape; tore the carpet, padding, all the way to the wood. With the holidays coming and company on the way we were concerned and frankly overwhelmed. Bob was prompt, easy to schedule with, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to take carpet from a different inconspicuous area and make it look like the damage never happened! We couldn't be more grateful for his work at a very affordable price. Even more grateful we did not have to replace carpet in the entire bedroom.
