Installation went great, installer not only made sure what we wanted but removed and cleaned up old cable that was run illegally throughout the house and sealed any and all openings. The sales staff at both the Service Center and the person who came out to review home security before install were both less than acceptable. Sales person did not follow up with me after I called with a concern so I went to company to resolve. Sales associate for Security system was full of hot air in my opinion He said we were all set for Cox to take over our system only to find out we couldn't and Cox wanted to have sales staff come back out to give me new cost to install. I chose to go with another company as I lost trust in this product and NO Follow-up from Cox after internet/cable install.

We left them. The quality was lacking. The boxes all the time needs to be replaced. The service always has to be rebooted. It was not pretty.

I have mainly had servicing issues with them. I also think their prices are high too. I get about a 4 or 5 hour window for them to show up and I think that's ridiculous. I have to either find someone and pay them to be at my house until they show up or I have to take time off and wait here and wait for them to show up. They are not perfect but they are far from the worst. I wouldn't use them unless I had to. I only work with them because I have no choice. Some of the workers are great and others I don't ever want back in my house.

The repairman completed the work in a timely manner and did not charge us as the boxes were faulty.
Description of Work: We had someone from Cox come to the home to help install the new boxes everyone is required to have. Our were not working. The repairman showed up close the the scheduled time and was able to locate the problem immediately. Very professional and friendly.

Overall they are okay. My only problem is that their billing is very confusing. They provide promotional discount but they don't label them.
