My name is Mike Colvin, owner of Colvin Construction. I am the person or one of the people who will be on your project, always. Member of the Better Business Bureau, Liscenced, Insured, Certified Lead Renovator. I rely entirely on 'word of mouth" which has kept me busy for the past 9 years. He always cleaned his work area after each day of work was done. Always asked for my ideas and he gave his ideas. This really helped to make a final decision on how I wanted my bathroom to look. He is very good in details on each steps. I really appreciated this communication. Also he is a very kind man and patient. He wanted me to be happy with each detail.
Description of Work: Turn a 1959 bathroom into a luxury bathroom Updatad all and installed a shelf for easy assess to extra towels and notions

He put on new back door going from the back of our house out to our patio. He replaced a window in the upstairs dormer and replaced the clapboards on the north side of the dormer. It was excellent overall and does good work. We’ve had him before several times.
Description of Work: We had back doors replaced out on the patio and the windows upstairs by Colvin Construction Home Improvements in October.
