 + -1 moreI have been doing business with Classic Pool & Spa for just over a year. I visit the retail store frequently for various supplies and have always had a good experience. When I began to use their repair services, my opinions changed. Between having scheduling issues, communication issues, troubleshooting issues, install issues, and re-sceduling issues. I do not recommend using Classic Pool & Spa's repair service. Great service in their retail store though!

 + -1 moreThe showed up on time, worked throughout the day in very hot weather, and returned the second day to complete the job. It required a third day to finish up on the water lines which required some unique and difficult bends to get around the heater. Overall, slightly longer than planned but excellent work.
Description of Work: Replaced the liner in our in ground pool. Included removing the old liner, cleaning the foundation, and installing the new liner. They also installed a new pool heater which included removing the old heater, installing new gas and water lines, and installing the new heater.

 + -1 moreThey made sure that the water level was lower then the jets in the pool. We were pleased with their punctuality, their diligence and their preventative measures they took in ensuring that we would have no problems with the future use of our pool.
Description of Work: They serviced our 45,000 gallon pool in the spring by checking our chemical levels and getting it ready for the season. They coated the sides with a protecting seal that prevents damage due to in climate weather. They also made sure it was properly treated for use during the summer. They come out twice a year to service it.
