Called Friday the 22nd and set an appointment for Tuesday the 26th.No show, no call so-called on Thursday the 28th. The employee called me back Thursday afternoon and set appointment for Friday the 29th. Two hours after the appointment time, they call me to tell me that the truck was in an accident, cannot make the appointment. Rescheduled for Monday, June 1st. Get a call 30 minutes after the appointment time, a regular guy called in sick, but Chris the Boss would be there. All in all, very unprofessional.

I was dreading having to have my main sewer line replaced and put it off as long a I could. Chris made this whole experience as pleasant as I could possibly expect it to be. When dealing with a contractor, you hope for a few things: Being on time, being close to the estimated cost, communicating well and making you feel like your issue is important. Chris and Greg came over last evening and spent about two hours with us diagnosing the drainage problems we were having. I would say they went the extra mile to make sure to explain every step of what they were doing and why. In the end, we decided to go with a temporary fix to get us through the time our guests are here and then do the necessary repairs next week. I felt we were treated fairly and honestly.
