Description of Work: We were adding a wet bar to our basement and wanted to tile the floor in front of the bar. We had seen CTW since we had driven by may times. We were greeted when we walked in the door. We explained what we wnated the tile for and also added a backsplash. We were shown tiles from a large variety. We were then left to look at tile. As we had questions, they were answered. We selected a back splash and several froor tiles. We checked our samples to take home. They also provided the name of several tile contractors. We selected on of the contractors who calculated the amount of tile needed. When the work date approached, I went and bought the tile. It was loaded into my SUV by the CTW staff. very helpful.

 + -1 moreI've purchased tile from this company several times for various room remodels. Their prices are excellent. The service is very personal. I've been in so many times, they know me by name! They are interested in how projects look when finished, so I take them pictures. They are very good at helping with selecting appropriate tile for the room and matching trim items to it. All my special order items have arrived on time.
