Price was better than Furniture Mart. Sales Manager Jared was very professional and knowledgeable. Huge inventory. Installers were skilled, worked very hard and careful with details. They were excellent with customer relations. Grateful our real estate agent suggested Carpetland. (Some older, negative reviews may predate a change in management leadership.)

Carpet was good quality. Customer Service was AWFUL! Carpeted our whole home. The installers were rude, fought with each other, constantly called their foreman (who left 30 min after he got here) to tell on each other. One installer left for a hour and a half in the morning, and two others left before the job was done leaving the worst worker of the group. They were here for 12 hours. Carpet bunched, seams were visable, doors weren't put back on properly, corners were tucked under the baseboard, trim wasn't put back, carpet wasn't tacked down in doorways of kitchen and bathrooms, you could feel things underneath the carpet you walked, and other areas didn't get tacked down. I'm sure I missed things, but I'm sure you get the idea. No one followed up with us to see how things went and to collect the other half of the carpet. We finally called a week later to complain, they offered to have them cone back out to fix it. 3 hours later things were somewhat better, but still visable seams. Not the best install job. Completely unorganized for claiming to have over 75 years install experience. The job cost us half a years worth of house payments, and an unlimited amount of stress....l would not recommend them for any job. I will strongly discourage anyone to use them for the rest of my life. We work hard for our money as do the rest of you. Save yourself the trouble and heartache and DO NOT buy from this store. It's not worth the hassle and you deserve better!

Carpetland did a great job installing the carpeting. I did not have a single problem with anything. They showed up on time, they showed up prepared, and they showed me a great outcome. The carpet looks beautiful and you can tell that it was laid by professionals. Nothing is visible as far as tacks or staples. I am very pleased.

Carpetland was very professional and courteous. They were very prompt for the appointment. I was very pleased with them as they worked very hard. I was very impressed with the way my carpet looked when they were finished. I had no cleanup to do after they left. When I am ready to do my family room and living room, I plan on using Carpetland again.
