I called and set an appointment. They arrived as scheduled. Gave me a quote. Completed the work. I had no problems what so ever. I would use this company again and recommend them to family and friends.

My air conditioning was not cooling the house. Of course, it was the hottest week of the year! They indicated they would get someone to my house that day, which they did! Cris thoroughly checked out our system, fixed it, (the A-coil was freezing up because it was dirty), told me why it was, how I could prevent it, and how I could save money on this call and future calls. I have since entered into a service contract with them and have Cris come out in spring and fall to do my free cleaning and checking of the system!

Work went fine. My complaint is that I was foolish enough to think Burton was a trustworthy honest company. My normal plumber was not able to be there for a couple days and since I had company I was desperate to get the problem solved. I should have gotten estimates before I settled on a plumber because I was 90% sure I would need a new water heater. I didn't and by the time the Burton man got there I accepted his $1300 bid without question. My brother decided to check around and found that that was more than double other plumbing companies plus it wasn't even the top of the line water heater model. Also, the workman was pushing me to do some additional stuff. I called the company twice to try to talk to Mark the manager. He never called me back.

They were able to install the new unit very quickly. They did not try to pressure us into anything like a lot of other companies are known to do. They made sure we got what we wanted and we really appreciated the fact that they did not put any pressure on us to buy something that we did not want. The price was a little expensive, but overall we were very satisfied.

I liked Burtons because they did not attempt to charge me more than what I should have been paying. They also even tried to talk me out of a drain cleaning because they said I probably would not need it. I really wanted it done so they did do it and they did not charge me full price. I just wanted to have them do it while they were already at my house. They were great to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who was in search of an honest, reliable, organized and has a friendly plumbing service.

I believe that Burton Plumbing Heating & Cooling was too expensive. They showed up when they said they would and they were able to repair my toilet, but I felt that it took them too long to get me scheduled in. I wouldn't hire them again because their price was too high.

They worked really hard in tearing everything out. They tried not to make too big of a mess and they cleaned everything up afterwards. They were on time each day and the guys were very nice. They made sure they didn t tear anything out that didn t need to be and everything was put where it was suppose to be. Everything looks great.

I was taking a shower and couldn't shut the water off. Fortunately, a neighbor came to do that for me. I called Burtons and they came the next day to replace a valve. This is the only time I've used them, but they did a good job.

Burton's installed the central air unit without any problems. They also informed me to get the furnace done now because it was pretty old and it would be a lot cheaper on me to just get a new one now. They did a great job the cost was pretty overwhelming, but it was the best unit they had.
