 + 0 moreI called and reserved a container almost 4 days in advance. I needed to cancel less than 24 hours after I made the reservation. They charged me $25 just to cancel the reservation. I will not attempt to do business with them again.

 + -1 moreThey delivered the dumpster earlier than we wanted (which takes up 1/2 of our driveway!) USed them three times. The second time, they sent me a bill for overage charges even though we did not even fill the dumpster 1/4 of the way. It did rain, so I think it was water in the dumpster and they charged me $35.00 extra for stuff we did not have in the dumpster. I felt ripped off and they went ahead and charged me without permission and would not discuss anything about it.

 + -1 moreOver a month after I rented the dumpster the second time, I got a bill from Budget Dumpster. They said I went over the weight limit and the landfill charge was $34. The company went ahead and charged my credit card for that amount without my authorization! When I called to complain, the supervisor was rude, would not even listen to my complaint. He offered to send me the landfill paperwork, but what does that prove? I don't know the dumpster id number and what happened to it after it left my house? I do not trust this company, they could obviously overcharge everyone and make quite a tidy sum. I will not use them again.
Description of Work: I ordered a dumpster twice for materials from removing and replacing my roof and then the second time for removing and replacing old siding. The dumpster is huge (20 yards size) and covers over half my driveway, therefore making it impossible to get my car out of the garage and making us have to park other cars in the street. The first time they delivered the dumpster the day before I wanted it, blocking my drive. When I called to have it removed, they didn't remove it for 2 days. Very inconvenient. The second time I ordered the dumpster, they wanted to deliver it early again, but I refused. The dumpster they brought smelled horrible, like garbage even though it was supposed to be for construction waste only. Both times, we did not even fill the dumpster half full. The first time it was old roofing materials and packaging from the new roof and it was about 1/2 full. The second time it was boxes from the siding we were putting on. The dumpster was not even 1/3 full.
