Brian has been the most conscientious contractor that we've had the pleasure of meeting. He kept us clued in during the entire project concerning any issues that had arisen and made sure that we understood everything before he got our ok and proceeding. Brian was easy to work with and had no problem working around our schedule. With Brian's help, we got exactly what we had wanted in our bathroom.

Great, better than expected.

Couldn't be more pleased with Brian. Our master bath was awful. Took in 7 bids and did my research. Brian at BTI was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable, affordable, and just a down to earth nice guy. Felt very comfortable from start to finish. Tough job due to my 1927 house. His bid was spot on even not knowing what he would find in such an old home. Took it down to the studs and created a brand new beautiful bathroom. Outstanding contractor!!! Would recommend him to anyone and referred him to friends and family

BTI Construction does good work for a great price. He put my back slash in and some of the colors weren't meeting up properly and I thought I could live with it and he drove off on his way home and I started freaking out because I couldn't live with it and he came back that very same night to take it out and put it back the way it was supposed to be. I thought it was awesome of him to make me happy instantly like that. He made sure it was okay before he left, I told him it was okay, and I was kind of crazy but he still drove right back and fixed it when I changed my mind.

They were always on time and worked with high quality sub-contractors as well. Quote was promptly provided at beginning and stayed on the job until it was complete. Overall, they did a great job and were very easy to work with...

Excellent, I worked with Scott and he is great at keeping you posted with the status of things, and getting things done on schedule.

Their schedule was pretty busy, so it was a few weeks before they could put me on their list, but once they got here it was done very quickly and efficiently. Also, when I emailed or called with questions (about when they could get to my remodel!) I got a response within a day or so. They were great about keeping me informed as to approximately when they'd be able to get me on the schedule.

My experience with them was very good. The quality of their work was very good. I would recommend them to others and use their services again in the future.
