The first time, it didn't go well but the technician came out the second time did a great job. He was on time, professional and very responsive.

It went as advertised and promoted.

Called owner after hours, paid an after hours fee, but I think it was more than fair for the quick service, and it was Saturday so I didn't want to wait until Monday. The technician was here in an hour and a half, quick fix thank goodness! He had the part on hand and we were in bed with cool air by 10:30!! Very friendly service, even after hours. We will definitely go with them when it is time to replace.

Blower quit working on a Tuesday evening. Called Shane that night at his home. He had Jake working on it the next morning by 10:00 a.m. Great service! Really appreciate the personal touch and honesty of the company! Will use them again for sure. Jake was great!

I have used them twice. I am very pleased with them. They were on time. I needed some Freon in my air conditioner, they gave it a shot of Freon and checked it all out. I was very pleased.

They will be coming again here in about a week. I would use them again. I guess I would say AJ does a great job, and has been very helpful.

AJ was great. Very personable and professional. He discovered that my new humidifier that was installed last summer was not wired correctly and not functioning at all by a different company. He corrected the issues and all is great.

Shane did all the checks on our AC. Many things need replacing. I asked for cost of replacement and did not get. There was another item that needed replacement, that I did not get. This was the 2nd time in about a month we needed service. 1st time they came out and were able to get it working with a part replacement. 2nd time we called and they sent out a tech at 9 pm at no extra charge. After figuring out there was an air flow problem around the coils he came back first thing in the morning and we aere now cool again,

The gentleman was very punctual, courteous and professional. He went over everything that he did that day and gave me discount on the freon since I was a first time customer. I was very impressed with this company and will definitely have them back in the fall for the furnace check.

When I first started looking for a company to perform an Air Condition Tune Up I was originally looking at another company. As I read the reviews (which were good reviews) for that company I came across a bad review and the reviewer talked about how Brasch Heating & Cooling came in and save the day. Understandable you can't please everyone, but the bad review hit a nerve and I went to Brasch page and started reading their reviews. They also had a lot of good reviews and I decided to take a chance. Why, many of the reviews talked about there being "No hard sale tactics for their yearly tune up package for your air condition and furnace". I bought Brasch's $74 dollar 20-Point Air Conditioning Tune up package and selected a day that I would like them to come out. All of the coordination was done via email in which I enjoyed. I hate playing phone tag with companies. On Friday, April 24, around 0930, Jeremy showed up and went to work. I told him that I had no idea how old my air condition was but due to budget constraints it had to last a few more years. He said that he understood and continued working. I was amazed at the detail that they went into and even used paint brushes to get out the dirt in hard to reach sections. During the appointment another technician (AJ) stopped by to help. He seemed to have been a supervisor or a lead or it was just a slow day in the neighborhood. Overall they made a good team. I did have them insulated a line going from the air condition into the house. An extra charge of $10. They did mention the annual tune up package for both the air condition and the furnace, but their wasn't a hard sale. Afterward we stood around and talked business. One thing that is worth mentioning; the $74 dollar tune-up does not include sales tax.
