Bob, the business owner is great, listens to your concerns, and adjusted my bill accordingly. HE did everything he was supposed to. The person who came to do the work was a complete nightmare. He showed disrespect for my home and myself on a daily basis. He laid down in the bathroom and in the hallway and slept while on the job. He dumped tile bits and pieces into my grass where small children or pets could be hurt by them, he carried wet, dripping tiles through the house-leaving a trail of grey mess, he showed up to paint without painting utensils, he often left for 2-3 hours at a time and then wanted to come back during the evening hours. He used my microwave, and got into the cupboards without asking permission. The first plumber that was here was a young kid with an attitude. He opened a sewer drain and allowed black water/grease to flow all over the downstairs shower which is white tile and grout. He did not wear his booties and tracked the black "gunk" across my carpet, up the stairs, through the kitchen, and down the hallway. It felt like a never ending nightmare. The electricians that came out were great as well as the final plumber and "Nick" who came out to finish the project and repaint the mess left behind. While "Jeff's" work was fair, I would never allow him in my home again.

I was very pleased; they were first class. They were here when they said they would be here and did what they said they would do. They were on time, the billing was correct and everything was perfect. Their prices were very competitive too. I could not have been happier.

The technician arrived on time and did a wonderful job of removing the old door and installing the new door and hardware. He also replaced the kick plate at the bottom of the door leading out into the garage.

The work was accomplished in a professional manner. All on time as per schedule. All finished work was far beyond any hopes I could have had for this 100 year old space. A completely refreshing transformation. I had two carpenters - One fixed a gash in a kitchen cupboard and the other did th work described above. Both carpenters were very skilled. The painter, referred by Bob, was Paint Omaha, Inc. and he is an amazingly skilled painter.

They had a wonderful carpenter, Jason, who did absolutely an outstanding job. He was great. I had a pretty good experience with them. The big thing was when they came out, Bob was the guy who came out and did the estimate, and he really had his stuff together. He brought out all his insurance papers and everything like that, so everything was visible and there was no problem. Then, Jason, his carpenter came out and he did the whole thing, except for the minor plumbing and the electricity we had, they had subcontractors do that and they were good too. So, they are an outstanding company.

I have hired him again, and I will hire him again if I need some work done.

The worker was very professional and on time every day. Overall I am happy with the work. There are a few mistakes where the ceiling was done. Also, I would get a detailed list of materials and expenses the next time I have any work done.

Great. My little house had never been updated. My parents owned the house since 1954 and have now passed. I a having fun with upgrades.

Bob did not listen to us, contracted people who did not know what they were to do. Tile on wall was missmatched, chipped not satisfied at all.

They were absolutely wonderful. I had had all the windows in the house put in in 2006, but they were not put in properly installed and started leaking. They had to redo the front of the house. They had to do a lot of things to make sure they took care of everything and they did a wonderful job.

Our experience with him was not good. There was some damage surrounding the window so he didn't put in the dry wall because he wanted to make sure the window was sealed up. He told me to call him once it had rained to make sure there was no leaking. So I called him to tell him there was no damage and to have him come out and put the drywall up on the inside of the garage. He said it was going to be another $800 but we had already paid him. He never came out and finished it so I had to find someone else. I will never use him again.

Took a bit longer than we had expected but much of that was due to decisions having to be remade and working with plumber's schedule. The only hitch on their part was that they did not notice that they had not ordered the tile for the job until AFTER they started to tear out the bathroom. So there was a delay in getting the tile ordered. So the job started just before Thanksgiving and ended in mid-December. It is our only bathroom and so that became inconvenient at times. But - all in all - I don't think it would have gone any better with anyone else doing it.

We felt everything went very smoothly. The showrooms provided by Bob were very helpful in selecting tile and other details. Having those selected before the start date helped, but wasn't absolutely necessary. Ed discussed each step with me through the project and I tried to ask lots of questions and wasn't afraid to tell him exactly what I wanted done. There were some aspects of our tiling that made the job a little more tedious, but totally worth it. We were told it would take three weeks and it ended up taking just under four, so I think that's pretty good, especially considering all the fussy tile work.

We are real happy with them so far. They have done a window for us before and we were happy with that too. They are very neat, always on time, they work long hours and they are really good. I remember when we were having our window done by him and he called to tell us he was going to 15 minutes late; who does that? When he comes to do the estimate he explains everything he is going to do and shows you diagrams. I really like what does. With our current project, the shower stall, he had a variety of places we could go to pick out what we wanted. We left a list of everything we wanted and the guys goes and picks it up and everything was right. They are really good. The guy who is working here now is so neat and so great. He sweeps my garage after himself and I don't think my garage has ever been this clean. They coordinated well, they had the plumber here, the electrician here, he had it all organized and everybody shows up when they are supposed to. It is amazing. The price was right in line with the other estimates that we received for this project, but I don't know if everybody else would do the thorough job that they are doing. If you call this guy, he calls you back right away. We have even heard from him on the weekend. Communication is good with them.

We are always having trim work done because we live in a forest. We like them. They do good work but sometimes they don't return calls and they are difficult to get in touch with. We will continue to use them.

The service was done very well and neatly. It was a little pricey. They were higher than other contractors but they did a good job.

I liked mostly their work. They did the job in December of 2010. One of the windows was a bay window and there was some part of the window had braises and they couldn’t paint those because of the real cold weather. They haven’t come back and finished the job.

Everything went very well. He was on time and had a very reasonable price. He also performed high quality work.

I was very pleased with the timelines and the work accomplished. I had one problem with one of Bob's subcontractors (Classic Marble) that built the master bath sink. There was a blemis on the rim of the sink plus the finish was a lot duller than expected. I had made contact with the contractor and they were going to make the necessary repairs, but the repairs have not been currently made and the company has not returned my phone calls.

This was our first major in-home remodeling project and it turned out better than expected! Jeff was the "man in charge" and it was a delight to work with. He was always on time, very efficient, creative, and just an all-around great guy who loves doing his work and doing it well! The job moved along quickly and the only hitch was that the vanity and cabinet did not arrive when expected, but Jeff went out of his way to get them installed as soon as they came in. We would definitely call Bob's Home Repair and Kitchen / Bathroom Specialists again. AND, we we would hope that Jeff would be given the job.

He was professional and seemed like a good legitimate business but his price was a little on the high side. He seemed to know his craft very well but I only met with him the one time. He seemed to know, in detail, what needed to be done and he broke it down. He was probably a little high for me but that was the only reason I wouldn't use him.

They did a very good job. I liked the craftsmanship of the work, the timeliness and their communication. They were here at the time that they would call and say they were going to be here. They were very courteous and cordial. They even took their shoes off when they entered the house. They were very considerate. I would recommend them to anybody and use them again in the future.

One of Bob's contractors showed up to do the work. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was professional, he was able to fix the issue incredibly quickly.

The service was excellent. I could not have asked for better people to be in my home. I'm the type of person that likes to watch and learn what's going on and they were more than happy to describe in detail what they were doing.
