great and he gave me the name of someone to do handy work that he didn't specialize in.
Description of Work: I needed to see why water didn't go into gutter. He remmoved the colver and checked for how it is attached.

They came out the first time while I wasn't home. Not exactly what they did on the first visit because the next morning it rained and I still had water coming over the tops of my gutters. So I called them again. They came out again late afternoon and took care of the issue in a few minutes. Storm debris had collected in gutters preventing them from draining properly. Again, not sure why it took two trips but overall I am satisfied with the outcome.
