 + -1 moreThey came out and got the job done quickly and without any hassles. They did a great job and they had a great response time also. They cleaned it very well and it has lasted and stayed clean. It looked very nice when they were done and they also had a fair price on the cleaning.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in my double family room and my living room.

 + -1 moreWe are really happy with using Big Red Carpet Cleaning to clean our carpets. We have been using them for several years and they always do a great job of cleaning the carpets. They always get any stains out as well as the general dirt that makes the carpets look dingy.
Description of Work: Big Red Carpet Cleaning cleaned the carpet in two rooms of our 2800 square foot home.

Big Red did a rather heck of a job. I am very impressed at how lovely things turned out and the smoke left so much damage to the house I am just glad they were able to help do something about it. I am very grateful and would definitely give them a rather extreme recommendation. I am not disappointed one single bit. I would say that the cost was rather fair as well.
Description of Work: Big Red ozoned my three bedroom home after a fire we had a few months ago. The smell from the smoke was gone in no time at all.
