+ -1 moreMr.Hill was simply awesome! He was a very professional, prompt, and engaging person to deal with. Took his time covering every square inch of the commercial building we were contemplating purchasing. All while explaining what he was finding in his inspection. This particular building was about a two hour commute each way outside of his normal territory. Was more then glad to still complete the inspection rather then turning us down. That meant a lot to us. We would highly recommend B.Hill Inspections to anyone looking at buying or selling a property.
Description of Work: Did a thorough walk through of the commercial property we were looking into purchasing. Examined the roof condition, basement including the structural integrity along with various piping, electrical, HVAC units, and main floor retail space and kitchen.
