Description of Work: I called Backlund this morning to repair a leak in my toilet outlet. The gentlemen called to schedule a time window of 1:00 - 3:00 PM. He called at 12:50 PM to say that would be here in 20 minutes. He arrived at 1:10 PM. He looked it over the job, and completed the repair in about 25 minutes. He was extremely efficient, and left the bathroom spotless. The gentleman's name was Rod. Thank you Backlund, and I will recommend you, use you again. Angie's List and the BBB again proved their value as benchmarks for service.

Description of Work: Deep siink in basement was clogged. Turned out that the pipes needed to be snaked. Once cleaned out the water great. I'd highly recommend Backlund. Great service all around including on the phone. Hard to find a good plumber and Backlund certainly fits the bill.
