Mike cleaned several drains for me. He was on time, courteous and did an outstanding job. Highly recommended.

I called this morning and spokke to Leslie (who was very professional and friendly) to advise of our needs and she told someone would be out between 10-12, Mike, the plumber actually arrived before noon which was impressive. He was very professional and made sure he understood what was needed. He took care of all the plumbing issues within 2 hours (we bought a 2 hour coupon) and he made sure I didn't have any other issues or concerns. He was timely, professional, and efficient as was Leslie from the initial call.

Overall, very satisfied. Great company.

It went fine. Everything works. We ended up paying for a second visit for a follow-up because it was necessary. I had trouble getting them to return a call the second time.

It was very cold that morning and snowing to beat the band. I was scheduled for a time slot between 10 AM and Noon. Trent called me on my cell phone and showed up at 9 AM. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He did not mind when I looked over his shoulder and answered all my questions. Trent used a drop cloth to keep the work area clean; and when he was done he cleaned up after himself leaving the work area spotless. In using the power snake, a joint in the PVC pipes separated. Trent went out and purchased the proper primer and cement and made the repair. After paying for the service Trent made sure to mention Backlund's thirty day guarantee on their work.

Service man was early which was nice. He was friendly and professional. Service was fast and done well. Will use again.

Failed to complete work in the bid resulted in having to file insurance claim for flooding and did not honor the Angies list coupon. Also very disappointed in the lack of professionalism when trying to work through the insurance claim .

Excellent, friendly service! Rick explained what he was going to do, and answered all my questions. Professional and prompt. I'd call them again in a heartbeat - but hopefully I won't have to! Will recommend them to anyone who mentions needing a plumber.

Although I had to wait a couple days to get an appointment, they showed up on time for the appointment. The plumber was very friendly and quickly found and fixed the problem that was causing my shower to leak. No issues. I will definitely use them again. Thanks.

The technician arrived promptly. He got right to work and figured out what our plumbing issue was right away. He was quick and courteous. I will for sure use Backlund plumbing again.

Initial request was for sewer main inspection by camera due to driveway cracking over sewer main. Technician arrived early for the appointment and after asking the nature of the problem went straight to work. He explained at each step where he discovered issues and marked the line on the driveway as he went. When a tree root blockage prevented continuing from the house the technician went to the manhole which my main runs directly into and attempted to inspect from the street to the house also resulting in finding another tree root blockage. Technician suggested jetting from the manhole as the best course of action as the next step. Additionally, I have one stack that has had the clean-out plug replaced. I had a second stack that had the lead plug from the original construction that I have asked several other "plumbers" to replace. None would until this technician who said it would be an easy replacement so I asked him to proceed. This stack is by far the most troublesome for cleaning as the only way to get to it is via the roof. The technician made quick work of it. Moved the dryer, replaced the plug, cleaned up the work area, replaced the dryer and completed the itemized bill with recommendation and notes to future technician all done in an hour! I've already scheduled the follow-on with Backlund Plumbing.

It went great! Mike called, arrived, reviewed the situation and quickly explained what needed to be sone. We needed to choose and order a faucet, so he returned and completed the job once the new one was delivered.

Great, I called at 6:15 on a Friday evening because the water heater was not working. Chad was here within an hour and replaced the bad part (pilot assembly). 90 minutes after my call the job was done. I will use Backlund again in the future.

Very, Very professional. Drain Specialist went right to work. Once drain unclogged, he cleaned everything up and put everything back. You wouldn't know anyone had been here after he left. I won't use anyone else but Backlund for my plumbing issue. Very customer focused right from very first phone call.

Two different employees named Mike were on our job. Both were very prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My emails to the office were also returned almost instantaneously and we were able to get on the schedule right away. This was a very good experience and we will be using Backlund in the future. Fantastic job! Thomas got the floor drained cleared and even the bathroom sink! Another plumbing company was out about two weeks prior and said I would need to call their office back and schedule a contractor as they couldn't get the sink cabled...probably have to cut into wall, etc. HA! Backlund was able to get it done and they were better priced. Thomas was excellent - ask for him! He will get the job done and make you laugh in the process. I am so happy I called Backlund for help, they could actually do the work and will continue to get my business. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I've used Backlund for several years. As always, they arrived when they said that they would and their price is better than anybody else's out there that I've tried. Granted, I've not tried all of the mom n pop places, but of the big guys, these guys are the best, in my opinion. The guys are always very professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

He did a great job and was very professional

Went quickly, pro repaired a 2" PVC to copper downstairs. Done in an hour or less. Renter's hadn't reported the small leak, Backlund had been out the week before to camera the main line and auger the upstairs toilet. At that time, the eagle-eyed technician noticed a bucket behind the dryer with water in it. Traced the leak to a previous repair that was now failing. Called it in and had us lined up for the following Monday. Their flat rate of $90 an hour plus materials is also unbelievable, especially compared to Burton's pricing. I can't say enough good things about Backlund Plumbing, always quick and professional!
