Description of Work: Replaced my water pressure regulator and installed a new sink faucet

Description of Work: Called for repair of two items: low hot side pressure in kitchen faucet, and replace bathroom faucet. They were unable to repair the kitchen faucet, advising to buy new faucet. I think the cause is a faulty diverter (identical symptoms presented two years ago and were fixed by replacing diverter) so I will try to fix myself. They replaced the bathroom faucet with hot and cold sides reversed, and the basin stopper off alignment (brand logo on the stopper was rotated 90 degrees). Probably will not use them again.

I spoke to someone via telephone and was told that the only way to fix the problem was to install an out door |drain for more than $2000.00. I than went to another company. | |

Description of Work: Replaced 30 gallon water heater. |Wanted to replace Unit with a 40 gallon water heater as advertised, which would have limited access into my storage room. I requested it be replaced with a 30 gallon, which they did, but, what I don't understand is why a smaller heater would cost $100.00 dollars more.

Description of Work: Install new hot water heater. The man who came to do the job was very nice and very thorough. We will absolutely call Backlund again in the future should we need any other plumbing work done.

Description of Work: Mike P was punctual, professional and friendly. He asked me to accompany him to the basement to check on traps and other water lines. When he needed to return to the basement later, he asked if it was alright for him to go down alone or would I like to accompany him. I really appreciated his manners as I a 22 year old daughter sleeping in a basement bedroom. His thoughtfulness saved me from quick judgement and him from being in a strange situation.As far as the plumbing service, he cleared our drain in 45 minutes, and the sink is working great! Am so pleased with the service.
