Description of Work: We set up and appointment on Friday for plumbing needs. All sinks are backed up, waited all weekend for them to come to an appt. set up for between 2:00 and 4:00, today. Told when we made the appt. that they would call us before they came. No call... Called the company and guess what they said, we were waiting for a conformation of the service call. What confirmation? I was suppose to call them back and tell them that we already had the appt. set up?? So, no plumber now for 4 days. I sure would use this company!

Description of Work: I returned my coupon for 2 hours of labor after this company did not have supplies to do the job I hired them for and then broke my new softener unit. I am still waiting for a new softener from them, also they quoted me $600 MORE than any other company. I'm guessing to make up for the softener they broke. Awful service Awful experience. Listed on BBB with 4 complaints, I can see why, use someone else.

I do not feel that their pricing was too much in line with other plumbers and they do great work. I would have to say depending on the type of job it is; I would probably give them another call.
