+ 0 moreRefused to fix it and do business with me, because their product broke and he had trouble with the previous owner, which has nothing to do with me.
Description of Work: I am a Child Care owner and bought play ground equipment from them. I was told that if I had them service this every year then if something broke they would fix it for free. That was not the case! Their product broke and they wanted to charge the daycare. When I told them that I was disappointed and would not recommend them to my friends, because they do not stand behind their product, he cut off ties and refused to remove a huge slide which puts 123 children in danger. Needless to say I had some one remove and fix the slide, but will NEVER recommend this product! If I had the money I would replace it ASAP1

+ -1 moreThey were helpful in picking it out and explaining the features it had. They were also courteous and provided us with good service. Our kids are really happy with it and they spend a lot of time on it. It was worth every cent.
Description of Work: They helped us pick out a clubhouse and play set for our children and they also built it for us. It is made of pine wood.
