Took it in on a Saturday, and even though they close at 4pm and they had not finished the work, the owner Lance stayed until almost 7 pm that night to finish the work so I wasnt without a vehicle the rest of the weekend. Great experience every time I have been there.
Description of Work: Had to have blend door actuator replaced which opens what controls if you want heat or cool air in the vehicle.

Description of Work: Went entirely over the car after another company had said it needed many things done. Rob was very professional and they looked over the car a only had to do a few of the repairs. Typical chain auto repair stores in Omaha trying to upsell but not at Auto Station. We will be doing all of our business with Rob and Lance.

They were trying to help him and not put an expensive part on it and see if that will take care of it but eventually we had to put a part on it, it's running like a charm now. We've used them for our daughter's car for years. They will honestly tell you if there's something that needs to be done or if it doesn't need to be done because I've asked about things that they've said "no, that's not necessary." I know they charge my husband initially and then when they need to do some more, they didn't charge him anything extra for labor. They are honest, they get us in usually right away and they do not charge you for something that doesn't need to be done.

+ -1 moreWith the amount of failures and setback its hard to evaluate the quality and honesty of the whole set of fixes he did make but in about a month I'll have a lot better idea if the jobs were worth it. If the jobs hold up he'll be ok and not a bad guy and I'll give a full report
Description of Work: This little station seems to do a lot of business while I see them at work and has to be producing a fair amount of cash. I'll edit this but here are my issues. He personally guaranteed that my truck was in excellent working condition and the truck broke down within 300 miles wasting 2days. His evaluations were incorrect about a third of the time and the overall cost two and a half times as much as he estimated.
