Have been using Auto Inceptions for our detailing needs for about two years now. Last experience I had there was worst ever. Was lied to by Ricque and Zach did not offer to step up and do right by it. My wife's car looked awful. More missed spots than clean spots. They shut down early making it difficult for me to pick up the vehicle when I had previously been told they would drop it off at my wife's place of business. Quality of service have defiantly went downhill. Wonder if that has anything to do with them closing up one of their locations. They keep treating customers like they treated me and doing marginal work I am sure it won't be long till their other location closes its doors.
