Does excellent work. He exceeded my expectations.Completed the project on time and on budget. We had provided a deadline and he finished as promised. We ahd looked at a basement remodel 3 years ago, and had talked to Andy at that time. We never completed it. After 3 years, I called him, and he still had the drawings from 3 years earlier. This sped the project up. 2 of the other contractors I had spoken with 3 years earlier, were no longer in the business! If he said he or one of his guys were going to show up on a certain day, they would show up that day. If his plans changed, he would call and make arrangements. Andy is completely trust-worthy. The price he quoted was completely accurate when the job was done. Everyone he had workign with him was professional, courteous and respectful. He did a great job not only in giving us a fair price and meeting the quote, and completing the work on time but also in being courteous and working with his own electrical and plumbing and drywall vendors. He also extended the same courtesy to the other vendors that we had including carpet, flooring, stereo, appliance and cabinet vendors with whom he had to work with and around. Plus, he worked around the dog. When we have other work done in the house, we will call Andy. His work is impressive and affordable. Call him after you've talked to everyone else and before you sign a contract with anyone else!

Andy and Bob are very personable and professional and do excellant work. They completed this project in exactly the 3 weeks estimated and came in right on bid. They arrived each morning at the time they said they would, did not waste any time while on site and cleaned up the work area everyday before leaving. Each day Andy let me know what was on schedule for the next day and when they would arrive to start work. Times varied if he needed to pickup supplies or something. Their attention to detail and pride in workmanship is outstanding. One drywall seam wasn't perfect and Andy insisted he had to do another round of mudding and sanding. Took another day but he wanted it done right. I find construction interesting and like doing amateur projects. Andy was so very patient with my hovering around the work area and asking questions. He answered all my whys and hows cheerfully. Andy is fair, honest and does beautiful work. I highly recommend him.
