It went horrible. I have never written a poor review about any company I have dealt with until now. The owner Troy Baumert is nothing short of a flake. I utilized his company while building a new home. Here is a short list of my complaints. - Was not timely in getting bid to me - I did walk thru with Troy telling him what I want. After the prewire was provided I came to the house and found mistakes - After the mistakes were supposedly fixed I came back and found more mistakes. - Once the house was finished Troy sent his tech out to do the finishing touches. The tech worked the first day but couldn't finish. - For two weeks Troy would give me a day the tech was going to come back but each day no one showed up. Troy didn't call to tell me no one was coming. I had to call him and then he would tell me that no one was coming. - It got to the point I wouldn't try and schedule anything with him I wanted my builder to handle it. Well Troy is still flaking out. - The security camera program I am using isn't working. It took two weeks and the builder calling to get someone to come out. - Troy wouldn't even respond to (polite) emails requesting assistance. - As of today (11/4/13) the program still isn't working.( I have been living in my house nearly 2 months now.) 7 days ago I told troy in a email that it wasn't working. He finally responded and said he would call me and set something up. 4 days later I emailed again because he didn't call. The builder called him last week and yet Troy still isn't calling to fix the problem. - Troy is selling products that his installers don't even know how to use. Troy certainly doesn't know how to use them. The part I really don't understand is yes he has my money and I have little or no recourse but yet he is acting like a complete flake in front of the builder who could actually give him more jobs. I am not a difficult customer to get a long with. I am not picky or rude. I just want the product I paid over 5k on to work. Troy isn't fixing his product and he clearly doesn't care that I am an unhappy customer. I do not recommend that you use his services. Sometimes businesses make a mistake but clearly his mindset of not caring and not responding shows a much bigger problem. I hope this helps someone else not go thru the frustration that I have been subjected to since I started working with Troy

Everything went as planned. The installer had an issue with the wiring identification system which he corrected at the expense of his firm, installed, tested each security point and completed his work in a timely and professional manner. Today the analyst came to the home, did a last check ensuring all parts were properly installed and received his check for the services rendered. Job well done and we thank ASI for their professional work.
