They gave me a ridiculous estimate of 1235.00 dollars (not a typo) yes that's right 4 times higher then it should be. Then they are sending me a bill for 149.00 to spend 5 minutes trying rip me off. Ladies be warned they think we are idiots. Do not hire this company for any reason. By the way the next highest estimate was for $400.00 what a joke.

Paul was very communicative on when his approximate arrival time would be. And as his predicted time change a bit, he was quick with phone calls to give time changes and cost for the services ahead of time.

It went great! My refrigerator completely died. I called and they were able to come out the same day. They came within the window they gave me plus the repairmen called me en route. When they came to my house they wore booties and kept their work area clean. Luckily they had my part in stock. While waiting for it one repairman actually cleaned part of my freezer! Much appreciated (even if a bit embarrassing!). I would definitely use again. I found the price to be fair and the service wonderful.

Paul came in May to check out our fridge/freezer which had been losing temp. He diagnosed it as needing a deep clean of the air vents. I appreciated that he told me it was something I could do myself, rather than charging me. I asked him to do it, though, and felt the additional fee was maybe a little high but still within the realm of reasonable. I GREATLY appreciated ASAP's month-long warranty, because the deep clean helped for a week or two and then the fridge began losing temp again and worse. Paul came again at no charge, and since he'd tried the deep clean last time, diagnosed it as losing freon. He told me it was possible to fix, but honestly it would be more cost-effective for me to just get a new fridge. I would definitely use ASAP again, because I felt like both times he came Paul was expert, professional, and gave it to me straight.

The technician was very clean, properly dressed for making a house call and repairing the appliance. I was in the house the entire time the repair was made. I never felt threatened by the repairman. He worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned up the area. The defective part was replaced. He demonstrated to me that the oven was know working properly and handed me the defective part as proof that the repair was made. I paid for the repair and the man went on his way.

The service went good. One guy came out to do the work. It took him about an hour to fix. My range works good now. He showed up early and waited outside until the scheduled time. The worker was very courteous. I sat in the kitchen with him and he explained to me everything as he was working on.

I called to make the appointment and was given a day and time as well as the name of the person coming to do the work. The day of the appointment I received a call stating he was available earlier and asked if he could come sooner. When he arrived he introduced himself and made short work of diagnosing the problem - the motor had gone out (it was 17+ years old). He said the new motor would be about $360, but that it may be cheaper to replace the dryer with a used one, if we wanted to look at some first. We really appreciated his input about our options instead of just putting in a new motor and giving us the bill. Thanks, Carl!

I called on a Saturday afternoon after finding that most businesses were either not open on Saturday or closed at noon. The said someone would be out between 6-8 pm. Shane called about 6 saying he would be a little late from his previous job, would arrive about 7. He showed up when he said he would, and spent about 45 minutes diagnosing the problem. He wrote up an estimate that included replacing two parts, but explained that it was possible that one would fix it. If so, the actual cost would be less. He asked for a deposit of half the estimate, which I had no problem with. Parts came in on Tuesday, we set up a time Wednesday for the repairs. As he suspected, the first part did the trick. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes and we ended up paying a lot less than the original estimate due to his expertise and honesty. Another company/technician may have just replaced both parts and charged the additional labor anyway. I highly recommend ASAP!day

It took them about 3 hours to do the repair. They were really responsive. As soon as we called, they had a guy come out to do the estimate and see if they had to order parts to fix it.
