We received three different estimates. They were slightly less than the other two, could do it within a week and their estimate was easy to read. They came when they said they would, finished when they said they would and did a good job. We are still waiting for their electrician to come over but they said that would be this week sometime. No complaints!

They came when they said they would come. They completed the job efficiently and did a good job on the steps. We would not hire them again because they really tore up the landscape. While they said that their skid loader might do a little of that, we don't think they were careful. The cement work was fine and the price was fair.

On time a service was performed

They were very prompt and professional on the estimate and the repair work. Too early to tell if it worked but they were knowledgeable and easy to work with.

We called (on Monday) and talked to Chuck (I think) with all of the details/requests above. He said he had to check his schedule and see when he could come look at the site. After a week, we still have not heard back from him. We are not sure if it too small of a job or if they are too busy to return our call, but we never heard back from him.

Excellent. Since we were moving into a HearthStone house, we contacted Arid Resources and arranged payment for the Radon Detection Test. They contacted HearthStone to arrange for pickup of the house keys and set up the test during a weekend. They e-mailed test results report the day after test completion.
