Description of Work: Trimmed 3 large maples and 1 large ash tree. Created nice canopy on each.

Description of Work: They pruned a couple of trees to make room for a privacy fence and removed some brush and volunteer trees that were growing in a drainage ditch in the back yard. Amy contacted me via text and set up an appointment for the estimate. Jeff came by early on the appointment day and the bid was very competitive so I awarded Arbor Aesthetics on the spot. The worker (I did not get name) did not show up on the scheduled day of the work. I called the office and Jeff and left voicemails that evening. The next day I texted Amy expressing my displeasure. Jeff called and apologized for the lack of communication. Evidently the worker's previous job ran long and he left a voicemail to the wrong number. The worker came by that afternoon and completed the work. The quality of work was outstanding. The trees look great and the ditch looks much better with the brush removed. All the waste was cleaned up and hauled off. I promptly send them a check the next day. Other than the miscommunication, I was very happy doing business with Arbor Aesthetics and would absolutely hire again in the future.

Description of Work: Removed a large, old (14" diameter) limb from a silver maple, but left several large divots in the lawn where the limb fell and was dragged away.

Description of Work: We had tornado's west of us and heavy winds which broke several large branches on my tree. One was hanging over my driveway, blocking in my car. Called at 8:00am and had estimate and work completed by 11:00am same day. Took down branches, cleaned up branches that had fallen in yard and sidewalk.

Description of Work: I had these guys come out and remove three large dead pine trees (around 50 feet high), including the grinding of the stumps. This all included the removal, haul away, and clean up.

Description of Work: Arbor Aesthetics gave me a quote for two trees. One tree has a dead branch that needs to go and I need to determine whether or not the other tree is entirely dead or not.

Description of Work: We had trimmed our trees ourselves but then needed help to haul them away. Jeff from Arbor Aesthetics let us know he was already working in our neighborhood and was willing to beat any price we'd already received. Additionally, he removed the branches from our yard that day while we were at work - faster than any other hauling service was able to come. In cleaning up the branches, it was as if they had vaccuumed the yard - it was clear of any debris from the branches and there was no damage to our turf. We met up with Jeff that evening to pay him at which time he was very helpful and knowlegable about the health of our trees and was willing to give ballpark estimates off the top of his head.

Description of Work: They trimmed 4 trees for us and did a great job. We had previously gotten a bid from another company for the same thing for $735.00. So we were really thankful to find a company that does a good job and charges reasonable prices. I have been recommending them to all my friend. They were very efficient.

Description of Work: They trimmed dead branches from a large old tree in our back yard by climbing into the tree with ropes. They cut down a small tree on our lot line. They chipped the branches and left them in our driveway for mulch.

Description of Work: Service involved structural pruning of 2 river birch and a linden tree. The trees, much improved, look great and clean-up was thorough.
