Arbor Aesthetics Tree Service

It was very fast. They had a whole entire crew. They were very professional. I paid an additional amount for the service. Even some of my neighbors walked down and had them do theirs. They're an A plus for me.

It went fine. We had the service done within a few weeks after we purchased the deal. We paid $20 more beyond the big deal amount because we had a little bit more work. They were punctual. I didn't seem them doing the work.

Said what they were going to do & when they were going to do it.

He gave me a time frame when he would come. He was here sooner! Cleanup was excellent-no branches or twigs left behind. His price was reasonable. My trees look great and away from my house so they won't clog up my gutters.

I got a quote from them to remove some large bushes. I called them back to schedule the work but it took them 3-4 weeks to call back. In the meantime I had gotten cheaper quotes. They matched my cheapest quote so I had them do the work. I wish they would have been a better job grinding the stumps down.

Received an estimate to remove several dead or dying evergreens. Price was competitive and trees came down promptly. It would have been helpful to know the date they were planning to do the work, though, as I was working from home and other work was being done in the yard that same day by another company (and boy, was it hard to concentrate!). I recently received an invoice for an "add-on" tree that was removed that I had neglected to pay for. No communication on that outstanding invoice for almost a year, which seemed odd. Overall it was a good experience.

Went fine. Performed the removal and grinding, and picked up all debris.

Unlike everyone else, he said the tree is fine, and he recommend I do nothing to it as it should be good for another 10 years. He is the only tree service that actually evaluated the tree and told me what would be best to do, instead of just cutting the tree down to make a buck. He was also the only one to promptly return phone calls, and to show up here when he said he would. There is one limb I'm still worried about, so I'm going to have him come back and re-evaluate it this fall to see if its gotten worse.

Jeff came to give me an estimate same day I called. The price was great and much less than I guessed. I got the estimate on a Friday and he called me Sunday to ask if he could fit me in Monday. They arrived on time and had my trees looking fresh in a few hours. They hauled all the dead limbs and little branches. I came home to see Jeff about 30 feet in the air - walking out to some dead limbs. Amazing job guys. Thanks. Two of my neighbors mentioned the trees look good, one even said it's the best they've looked in years.

The trees were satisfactory and they cleaned that area up nicely. They left a lot of small twigs in the area where they cut down the bushes.

We received a total of three estimates and chose Arbor Esthetics. They did the work two days later. The crew was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The job was completed and cleaned up within an hour. We will definitely hire them again.

The owner of the business came promptly for the initial estimates and performed them efficiently. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable and gave what seemed to be very good advice on what needed to be done. I was out of town on the day the actual work was performed, but I came back to find that the trees had been trimmed very carefully and attractively. All the debris had been removed, and there was no damage to be seen. The whole process went very smoothly.

I had put off having my four large trees professionally trimmed, pruned b/c of miserable service from another tree service. But, got to the point where I knew that I was jeapordizing the health of the trees and risking damage to my home. Decided Angies list was the only way to verify the credibility of the multiple tree services in town. So glad that I did and found Arbor Aethetics!

The work that they did for me was great. They were quick. They did a real nice job. The trees were shaped nicely.

I was so impressed with their professionalism and what a great job they did! Besides tree removal, they did an excellent job in trimming one of our maple trees. I was very impressed that their estimate for tree removal also included the trimming of the front-yard tree, even though it wasn't requested. It definitely showed that they look at trees "aesthetically".

Everything from start to finish was more than I expected!!! I phoned Jeffrey regarding my trees that had broken branches and were dead and needed some thining. This called was made the morning on 7/9/12. He said he would be by that afternoon. He came around 1-2 pm. He provided an estimate and I said I would be in touch as I needed to discuss with my husband as he was working. I was given a green light by 4 pm. I called Jeffrey back and said "let's do it!!" He advised me at that point he would have it done toward the weeks end. On Thursday 7/12/12 around 10:00 am the guys came and very promptly got to work! I was completely amazed and their thoroughness and attention to detail. I was also asked before removing a few branches and I advised them to not be afraid of chopping to much. I would say it too less than an hour do all three trees! I was asked if they may leave a sign in the yard and I was more than happy to oblige as it would be an honor. GREAT JOB!! GREAT SERVICE!!

Orignally I was disappointed with the work that was done by Arbor Aesthetics, and the amount that I paid them. I think this was partially due to my expections, it may have helped if the company had tried to set them, and let me know what exactly they were going to do (it seemed that they had initially but the end result I felt was different then what I had been told). I had also asked them to be careful of my landscaping in which they said they would, but it doesn't appear that much care was taken in that respect. I had also specifically asked another area to be trimmed and it was not done at all. When I called I asked this be done I was told someone would be out to take care of it, hopefully that will happen. In addition I paid $50 more then the estimated quote with no explanation as to why that was.

This company has all the right equipment and performs tree removal very effectively. They removed the trees in a short period of time and clean up was excellent.

02/27 - Sent e-mail to company asking for estimate 02/28 - Had estimate at my door when I got home from work 03/03 (Sat p.m.) - E-mailed a question to Jeff 03/05 (Mon a.m.) - Received response to my question 03/12 - Tree cut down while at work; all mulch left on my driveway as I requested; backyard cleaned up

Arbor Aesthetics were prompt in getting our tree trimmed. Their workers were courteous, friendly and did a good job puning and removing dead branches. They removed the debris when they were finished. I was pleased with their work.

I would give them an "A" straight across the board. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

They did it while I was not home and cleaned up the mess after finishing. I was happy.

They were very nice, answered my questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. It took him a day to get back with me but I will consider him to bid again in the future.

They were here about two weeks ago. Their service was very good. They were very efficient. They were good at communicating in terms of what they were doing. They were very passionate about what they were doing. They might be more expensive than others but they definitely know what they are doing.

Received a prompt estimate. They had the lowest price of 4 bids. Took about a week to get the work performed, but they did a nice job, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. They really cut some of my river birch trees back, but they likely needed it. Highly recommended!
