They were there on time and ready to work. All trimming was done to my satisfaction. Clean up was excellent. Very good to work with.

The crew was prompt and removed 4 trees along my fence and one other near the end of my driveway. They also trimmed up one other tree and removed some dead branches from it. They were very polite and did an excellent job of clean-up when they were done. I would definitely hire them again.

Arbor Aesthetics sent a skilled, efficient and courageous team of men with all the appropriate tools for climbing and cutting/trimming superfluous branches from several trees on my property. One of the team climbed frightenly high (for me) up into the main Honey Locust trunk to trim it and many branches. He wore safety ropes and pulleys and had a team member on the ground to aid in preventing his fall. When all the cutting/trimming was complete, everybody pitched in for a detailed clean up and removal of every branch and leaf. I was very happy with their work.

They came in and did the job. They left the place looking good. We had no problems with them. They were here on time.

This company was great to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. They were training new people and seemed to do a great job of training. They came back and cleaned up all the shavings from the job. They were a lot cheaper than several other businesses I called

Great experience. A large crew spend nearly 3 hours trimming trees, removing three trees, removing some small shrubs, and removing two very large bushes. The total cost was a lot, but individually each item was itemized from $60 to $200. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I highly recommend.

After they did not turn up for the scheduled date and time, I called him up and he said he forgot but most importantly he had other pressing appointments due to the recent storm yet my appointment was made prior to the storm. Two weeks ago I explicitly stated be needed to give me ample notice if he was not going to make it , he agreed. No business ethics or etiquette. Maybe because my job was not as profitable as others but I guess that's how they do business. I will never recommend or use them. As a matter of fact I called a much smaller company who promptly provided me with an estimate on 05/17//17 and rendered services requested on 05/18/14. Shame on you Arbor! .

I bought the service through Angies list which is $199 and I spend extra about $200 to cover all the work done. I monitored the project when they came to do the work and I think it is important as the guys who quoted and the guys who came to do the work may have different view on how to trim and what to trim. And the description on the quote is not as details as you wish and you need to ask them to do what you expected. In the end the guy seems a little impatient as he thought I asked for extra work which is not quoted. Therefore I would recommend to mention every details when they come to quote. Overall they did an excellent job.

These guys are very professional, they were on time for the estimate, on time the day of service, there were 4 workers working on the 4 trees. They did a very good job of evaluating the trees and trimming them. Clean up the yard and sidewalk of all limbs and clippings. I would certainly use them again. the price was as stated.

Workmen showed up on time, immediately setup, and began working. They did a great job trimming my tree, removing the branches and raking up. The workmen were also very pleasant and courteous every time I spoke with them. I'm so thankful I had Arbor Aesthetics trim my tree. Now I don't have to worry about tree branches falling onto the house or power line.

Jeff called and made an appointment to review the services we requested. Jeff arrived on time and provided us with an estimate for his services and started work the following week. The total job took about 4 hours...and I must say his crew are consummate professionals.

These guys were FANTASTIC! Super knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and honest in their advice. We'll definitely use them again. They taught me a lot about trees!

It wasn't too bad. I had them come out after the leaves dropped off the tree so sometime in October. There were no additional charges but they forgot to cut don one of the trees. That was my only problem. They were on time and they were friendly.

It went fine. They did a great job. They wanted to come out right away but I kind of wanted them to wait a few weeks. There were two guys, they weren't the main owner that I talked to on the phone but they were very informative about what they were doing. They informed me about the trees, any problems. They were knowledgeable in what they were doing and was eager to tell me different things. They were better than anyone I had called out. Even with the extra $25, it was still much better than anywhere else.

Jeff called me back within 30 minutes of asking for a free estimate. He sent someone out within two days to assess the work and provide the actual estimate. Waiting for slightly warmer weather, the crew came out within a week to conduct the work. Jeff kept me informed the entire time of when he expected the estimate & work to be completed. The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. They thoroughly cleaned the area and even took extra time to blow some residual fall leaves. I highly recommend this company for tree pruning services.

It went great. I had an old (older than the house) Apple tree in the backyard that I wanted removed. The trunk was mostly rotted out and I feared it would collapse in to the house. I purchased the Angie's List deal, so the final cost was $175. I got a deal. Bobby, Al and ? (don't remember his name) showed up and went right to work. I was worried about the nearby power line to the house, but it was no problem for them (OPPD wasn't needed). The tree was down and gone in short order. All of the guys (Jeff even stopped out) were legitimate, trustworthy guys. Nobody came across as a used car salesman. They are the real deal. I even asked them if I they could cut a few cross-sections of the tree for a keep-sake and they were happy to oblige (the tree has been around longer than the house, ~50 years). Finally, they had previously given me a free quote about the other trees in the yard. I'll be calling them again.

Jeff was very attentive to see that the job got done. I was impressed with the neatness. After the tree was cut down they removed all material. After the grinding of stump, all chips were cleaned up. there were not Chips left on lawn.

He wanted to come that day even though I told him I would soon be leaving for an appointment. He showed up just as I was pulling out of my garage.Naming some of the trees that needed work, I told him to look around the property and contact me afterward. After filling out this form, I called him and left a message. Update: His company did finally show up. They did a good job. I was still disappointed in their lack of promptness and completion in one visit. They had to come back. I asked them to send someone out to finish one small part then I would have a check waiting for them. I was still just disappointed with their lack of totally completing the work in the one visit.

I wrote a thank you to the owner: You have a great team, and your lead was very thorough at listening patiently and explaining options, and working to accommodate my concerns if they were appropriate. They worked fast, thoughtfully, cleaned everything up perfectly, and were really pleasant to work with. Gave me good info for ongoing management of this tree. It was an encouraging experience, one that I needed!

It was great. I really don't know how much it would have cost if I hired someone else but I assumed that the price was good.

The team was very professional and did a great job. They also were meticulous about cleaning up all the branches they cut off and everything was mulched.
