Appliance Repair Service

I originally contacted another provider on Angie's List Wednesday night at 9:30p.m., and he referred me to Larry. Larry gave me a call on Thursday morning. He was booked solid, but he was able to squeeze me in Friday morning. He gave me an one hour window, and was at my door well within the hour. Before he walked in the house, he put on his booties and covered everything he touched with a towel. Larry is very knowledgeable about Samsung parts, and he even has a contact with a Samsung original parts dealer. After a little troubleshooting, he found my heating element was the cause of the motor running/no heat to my dryer. He told me the part would probably have to be shipped and would arrive around Tuesday, but he would call me the morning he received it to put me in as a priority appointment. I got a call back Friday afternoon from Larry. After having no luck finding the "discontinued" part online he reached his Samsung contact and got confirmation of a replacement part which he had in stock. Larry was at my house early Saturday morning installing the heating element. Larry did a fantastic job, and is just an all around swell older gentleman who is on the edge of modern technology. I don't want my appliances to break, but if they do I'm calling Larry!
