We could not be happier with their service, professionalism and quality of work. The cost was MORE than fair, considering the quality of work and the trustworthiness of these guys. I have used them in the past to stain brand new maple cabinets, seal and/or paint trim, paint my house multiple times and multiple colors, and their work is always perfect. I am picky and difficult to please, and I am THRILLED with their work. I have recommended them to many friends and family over the years, all of whom absolutely rave about their work. Easily the best home service providers I've ever worked with, and I obviously cannot say enough about Jeff and Anew Look.
Description of Work: Jeff and his crew fixed damaged walls (after tile was glued to the wall and subsequently removed) and painted our master bath, all of the trim and base shoe in our house (a lot of trim!), painted our office, and touched up the remainder of our entire house.

We recently had our bathroom completely remodeled, floor to ceiling. Once the tile and fixtures were all installed, we had Jeff and his crew come in to paint. Our house is old – close to 90 years old – and about a dozen or so years ago, we put in a bath downstairs that required venting that runs up through the walls on the other side of this bathroom. The vibration from the cutting of the walls to run that vent really cracked up the walls in the bathroom (of course, it’s all lathe and plaster…) and I had filled the holes and repainted. But it didn’t take long for the old cracks to start showing. So this is what Jeff had to deal with… They sanded (and sanded AND sanded more!) – layers of old paint were causing all kinds of problems, but they kept at it. They dug out all those cracks, and then Jeff had a drywaller come in and skim all the walls – 3 coats, actually. I was impressed with his process. PJ, his sander/painter, was diligent about getting everything as perfect as possible before the painting process started. There was lots of woodwork to deal with, too – we have that old, wide woodwork – two doorways (it’s a bungalow), a window and a linen closet, so LOTS of woodwork. And the two doors, which they took away to sand and paint, plus the closet door and a small access door to the tub. For such a small room, this was a BIG project! The finished product literally looks like a 2013 bathroom! The walls are perfectly smooth. The woodwork perfectly trimmed – it looks SO tailored and beautiful. This is the 3rd room Jeff has done for me. He's probably not the cheapest painter, but I’ll never use anyone else because his work appeals to my perfectionist side, and perfectionism doesn’t come cheap!! He was never willing to go to the next step until the last step was done right. I’ve used other painters in the past and have never been very happy with them. When Jeff gets done, I literally want to hug my walls!
