Description of Work: Our 25 year old AC failed on a Friday afternoon during the hottest part of the summer. I found Anderson Comfort through the American Standard website (Consumer Reports says they are the most reliable brand). I called 2 other firms that dealt in American Standard equipment, got 3 estimates total. Anderson Comfort's rep was the least like a salesman, did a load calculation, asked about our previous system and how it performed, no sales pressure at all. A detailed estimate was emailed shortly after the visit. Anderson Comfort offered the lowest price and they could do the work the soonest. It isn't often that the same company wins on all 3 fronts. The team that did the install was fast and clean, left no mess behind. We simply couldn't have been happier with the whole experience, could not recommend a company more highly.

Description of Work: Emergent service call and repair of whole home AC unit.

Description of Work: Anderson Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us.

Description of Work: Anderson Comfort technician, Joel, called to confirm he was enroute, arrived on time, performed seasonal maintenance on our 9 year old Trane heat pump for the summer season. After performing tests, Joel explained that the contactor and run capacitor should be replaced. He showed me the problems with these two parts. Our heat pump is running much quieter now. Joel cleaned up after the work. Office manager Tish, provided the billing several days later.

Description of Work: Joel come to our house and did a yearly maintenance check on our air conditioning unit. The unit turned out to be in good working condition but Joel had to fix some of the wrap on the electrical wires. We have a new puppy and it chewed at it. He did the check up on the outside unit and in the basement. He also taught us how to use the whole house humidifier that we had no clue how to use.
