We paid $1300 for tear out of part of a wall, taking out a wall-length workbench, tear out of ceiling drywall where the duct work was, and mitigation. We paid $1700 for the remediation. The insulation/drywall contractor did a great job. I would give her a plug, but can't remember her name. I did have to buy a higher quality paint, though, since the contractor's choice wouldn't cover the hideous pink garage walls we had. While Alan gave the estimates, Terry supervised the work. I am satisfied with amount and quality of work for the price. We needed the work done ASAP and they complied.
Description of Work: We had some mold in our garage under a wall faucet, in a corner, and on the ceiling where the duct work was not insulated. We called Alan on a Wednesday afternoon, he came on Friday, and gave us estimate on Monday. Did mitigation on Wednesday, started remediation shortly thereafter.

Description of Work: Team who came in adequately remediated basement mold on our west wall per the work order. However, I gave them a 'B' on quality of work because there was some mold left behind on an adjacent wall that was not part of the work order. Mechanics will take your car apart and call if they find other things wrong with it before they fix it and I wish they would do that too. It was not a lot of mold but it was obvious for me to see as soon as I walked into the basement. Had they addressed it, we would have told them to go ahead and remove it. We cut the corner mold out ourselves since it wasn't a lot; other than that, we were satisfied with the work they did perform. I would suggest for people to specify on the work order to address other problem areas with the homeowner as they arise. Great job other than that. They were easy to schedule and very nice.
