Description of Work: They installed foam (1.5 inches thick) back vinyl siding, as well as vinyl covering of all fascia and eves, on the entire house. The installation was done by hand in a very professional manner.

Description of Work: We found out two days after the rep had been to our home that we were lied to. The windows do not meet the Nebraska Energy assistance guidlines, you would save no where near 50% off your haeting and cooling bills as we were told. We were told our windows would be done and here and instald in two weeks and even after we canceled the order the company did not cancel it and we filed claim with the BBB. After my husband having emergency heart surgery and me suffering from chronic migraines for three months we were severd papers that the company is suing us. We never got the products and this company has a bunch and I mean a bunch of money hungry sobs and liers working for it.

+ 0 moreThis company sent out canvousers, and we called them for new windows and patio door. We where lied to from the start. The y claim you save 50% on energy bills, they qualify under the Nebraska Energy Assistance Program and the all your windows and doors that are custom built will be installed within two weeks. It is all a lie. It has been over 1 month and we have seen nothing, we received the paperwork back from the Nebraska Energy assistance program and faxed it back to them for more information, and get an email back that no they do not qualify under the NEAP and others have been turned down for it trying to use them. Even though you do not sign a contract because you are waiting for paperwork to be approved from the NEAP, they order your windows and expect you to put them in. The guy's they sent out to measure the windows are not professional and they measured our windows in correctly. When I called the company about this I was told I was a DIFFICULT home owner.
