She was prompt and very professional. She came back with the installer and had the work done by the date she quoted us. We are very happy with her service.

From start to finish the project went well. Donna even came out with the installer to make sure everything went according to plan and make sure we were thrilled with everything. And we loved everything! Ambiance Window Coverings pricing was very competitive but honestly after dealing with the other two companies my wife and I would of paid more to have Donna do the job. She was just so knowledgeable and had answers to all our questions. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Donna and felt she truely had our best interest at heart. None of other companies knew their product like Donna and we were a little embarrassed for the other companies when they would stubble for answers or selections based on the information we gave them. Donna gave us the confidence that she really knew what she was doing, and after seeing the final products on our windows we knew we made the right choice because the window coverings that she suggested are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for us and our home. We had a lot of respect for Donna that she only sells the highest quality products because she knows that they will last and benefit for many years to come. We get so many complements on the window coverings and how wonderful they look. Donna is very professional, personable and honest. We will be recommending her to all our friends and colleges.

Donna was very professional and helpful. She was available the day and time I needed her. She brought samples of different products and helped me pick out products. The items arrived quicker than I thought they would. One gentleman installed the Skyline panels that arrived earlier and Gene installed the Shutters. I absolutely loved the look of everything. About 4 days after the shutters were installed, we were sitting in our family room and several of the shutters on the west side just randomly opened (and would not shut back). It appears the west side heat affected the tension on the shutters on the west side, and they would not shut back until the next morning. I immediately e-mailed Donna. She replied back that same night saying she would contact Hunter Douglas. Certain shutters continued to open every evening around the same time. This was a real problem, because weather in the 90's really warmed up the room. Gene came out a week or so later to add some tension pins. Unfortunately, they did not correct the problem. Hunter Douglas replaced the shutters on the west side. It took about the same amount of time to get the new shutters and get them installed. It was only a few days until one shutter randomly opened one evening. Gene came to add a tension pin to correct the problem. I have not had the problem again, but it is no longer summer and the heat subsided. I'm not sure the problem is fixed, but I am hopeful. Hunter Douglas stands behind their products, so I expect they will resolve any future problems.

Donna is great. She has a lot of experience in Interior Designs and blinds, especially Hunter Douglas blinds. We had a few issues that were related to Hunter Douglas sending the wrong sized-blinds and some issues with the motorized function. She addressed them all with professionalism and efficiency even when my frustrations were bubbling up and over on her! The overall experience was great. Donna, the owner & designer came to my home. She had all the product samples with her. I had no idea what to do with all my windows. She really made it easy. I loved all her suggestions. After we made all the selections she measured and sat down with me at my kitchen table and was able to give me a quote right then, the same day. It only took a couple weeks for my window coverings to come in and the installation went so smoothly. Donna come out with the installer just to make sure that I was pleased with everything, which I was. I get so many complements from friends and neighbors on my window treatments.
