He is great. We use him often. We really like the quality of his work, and his price. He is polite, he is a little quiet, but that is nice. He is really friendly, and seems like a good guy.

Arthur did an excellent job in painting my brandnew entertainment center, plus walls next to it. It required a lot of details. He used both spray and brush painting tech to achive the best results. He sanded and caulked whereever needed to make it seemlessly. He also touched up hallway and kitchen walls. Arthur is a humble person. It's a pleasure to have him in the house. Before start the painting, he covered all things around to minimize dust getting into furniture and carpet. After the painting, he cleaned the room well. He's a very organized person and work efficiently. I would highly recommend Arthur to anyone who needs a painting project done. His price is reasonable.

I own 28 apartments in St. Louis and in the apartment business, the job is never done. I had two tenants move out at the end of their leases recently and, as tenants do, they left the walls and trim looking terrible with smudges, dirt and even some crayon marks. Allen Custom Painting does all of my painting on my apartments. Arthur understands that time is money when dealing with investment property and he treats the job as if it's his investment. He is fast, efficient and very reasonably priced which is very important to me. He is exceptionally conscientious and is always looking for ways to do the job faster, better and at the best price. We use Arthur for painting, drywall and everything in between for both our home and investment properties. I'm a person who is rarely satisfied with the price I'm given, but with Arthur, I've stopped looking. I'm confident there isn't a better option in St. Louis.

My husband was out of town and in the middle of the night an approximately 8' x 6' section of our blaster ceiling in our 105 year old home collapsed onto our hardwood floors. My husband called Arthur who had done work for us in the past. He was exceptionally responsive and came over the next day! He removed the old plaster from the ceiling and the floor, was very diligent about using drop cloths to enclose the area so dust would not get all over the stairs and first floor and blended the drywall to perfection. Obviously, with such an old home I was concerned about the look of drywall versus plaster, but thanks to Arthur's attention to detail, you simply cannot tell the difference and I do not have to worry about that area cracking and falling ever again! We use Allen Custom Painting for everything in our home from painting to drywall work and wall/ceiling patching. He has great prices and always makes sure you are happy before he calls the job and quot;doneand quot;.
