+ -1 moreThey quoted me one price and then needed to charge extra. Combine this with the fact that the majority of the work was unnecessary and I am frustrated. To be fair, several other plumbers came and gave me estimates but failed to find the real problem. However, the big beef that I have is that I was charged significantly more than the estimate. They came to me with the yard mostly dug up and said they needed another $1000 or so for reasons that did not make sense. I resisted and felt that they were threatening to leave me with a half dug up yard so I paid it.
Description of Work: I had a sewer leak in my backyard. The line was dug up. After it was found that this line was not the right line, they then correctly diagnosed it coming from a separate line that was not attached to the main line. They dug this line up and connected it to the main line.

Description of Work: All City installed a thermal coupling for my whirlpool water heater they were informative and professional I was impressed how they explained how the water heater works, what the thermal coupling was and what it's function are. They also gave me information why most thermal couplings was not! compatible with my with my whirlpool water heater also what I should do to avoid further problems in future. This is the second time I've use them and was satisfied both times. They are honest,responsible and dependable I would recommend them to anyone. licensed, bonded Insured,free estimates no over time fee Just screams we care about our customers this met a lot to me.

+ -1 moreI think that this company is friendly and very personable. I enjoyed the service that they provided and would recommend this company to anyone. They were on time and made sure to answer any questions that I might have had.
Description of Work: In our home we had a clogged drain in the kitchen. There was basic debris and some small pebbles that were blocking the drain.
