Thoroughly explained what was needed to get the furnace up and running. Also discussed what other repairs will be needed.

Since the local Aksarben Heating and Air was bought out by a national company, the customer side of it has dramaticly went down hill. Appointments scheduled are being rescheduled multiple times, oh over booked, no techs available. Recently renewed service contract only to find out some previous services arenâ t covered now, unless you want to pay extra. Who does this.? On top of that tech to.d me I should consider installing an â Air Scrubberâ for 1855.00. The tech wasnâ t at fault, and did his job. Oh by the way outreagous prices for filters, furnace filters $85.00 plus and humidifier filters $50. Tech said he would have someone from QA call me on Monday to discuss. Keep in mind I have been a customer of Aksarben for about 10 years, but the last few years have been a nightmare, I now have to ask myself, â do I want continue with them or ?

Brandon M. Diagnosed the slow drain and cleared the clog. It's wonderful to have a properly working shower! We have an older home and plumbing issues are not uncommon. Aksarben plumbing has been able to fix them all.

Very happy with this job. Technician came out the same day to troubleshoot and repair the supply valve and flush valve in the toilet. He explained what he was doing and made sure I was happy with the job before he left.

Technician was thorough and professional

Vincent came out and performed our annual air-conditioning check. He did a very thorough job of reviewing our system and made a good recommendation for preventative maintenance.

The work was thoroughly done and everything was explained. It was handled courteously, honestly, expediently and with excellence. There wasn't the pressure to have unnecessary work either. .I haven't always felt this about Aksarben, but do now as a result of the last few HVAC tune-ups. Thankyou Noah!

I had a confusing dilemmaâ either a clogged washer hose/standpipe or a frozen washer drain. Felipe worked to assess the problem and make the right recommendation. He kept me informed and was comfortable contacting his supervisor by phone for guidance. He left things neat and clean.
