The job was done very quickly and the serviceman was very friendly.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. In the midst of a very negative situation, Aksarben and crew were to the rescue. We had a large section of our sewer pipe collapse leaving us with nastiness, everywhere. It took a while to figure out what was really going on and walking beside them through this process, I can see why. What a challenging job they have. "I just love when I have to call the plumber" - said no one ever. I will tell you though - I honestly enjoyed talking to Marian. He has worked there for many years with Damian, Eric, and their entire crew, seriously they all were awesome. These guys are TOP NOTCH DREAM TEAM MATERIAL. Yes, they are more expensive than a lot of other places (so I hear) but after working with them I am so glad we opted for quality. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being you.

AKsarben did everything I asked for since I put the info in for my husband since I was awake, and he is an early riser from his workdays, and I am the night owl. Since Plattsmouth has hooked up with MUD for our water, I have an allergy to something in the water that has been driving me nuts. and I am also recovering from knee surgery, and they did an outstanding job. My husband put in our water heater when we moved into our house a little over 30 years ago and he was satisfied that Chandler from AKsarben could answer all his questions and made some suggestions for things that might not have been in my husband's train of thought. I have such a funky stomach that I hope I can adjust to the change in the water and do not have an allergy to it as I do not add a lot of salt and since the softener takes out a lot of minerals, I may need to replace them with vitamins. I grew up drinking hard/well water and using soft water for everything else and my husband has the cast-iron stomach, so the water change did not bother him.
