I called them when they opened and they came in 5 1/2 hrs. It needed to be replaced and I was very happy to have a competent technician.

My furnace went out on the coldest day this winter. They were out by 9am. Due to the cost of repairs and my furnace being 19 years old I ended up replacing it. They were able to get the furnace in and running by 8pm that evening. They came at 4pm and worked until I had heat so I wouldn t have to go through another very cold night. They did not charge extra for working in the evening.

The plumber showed up late as he was running a couple of hours behind. He was overbooked and the customer service team did not communicate. The plumber did a good job once he finally got here.

They were able to get me an appointment the same afternoon. Phil was a professional technician who checked multiple sources to ensure all issues were addressed. He provided estimates for each possible outcome so I would be well informed. He was friendly and quick, performing all necessary repairs at the same appointment, saving time and frustration.

I hired them to install an Insinkerator instant hot water dispenser in my kitchen.

1st day, the plumber walked in and diagnosed my problem in one minute after hearing my description of the problem. Told me I needed a $514.00 part and proceeded (I assume) to replace the part. I am recovering from surgery and am unable to go to the basement to see the problem. I took his word for it. That night, the problem re-appeared repeatedly. Next day I called their office and explained the problem had not been fixed. Aksarben sent another plumber to tackle the problem. This plumber decided the problem was with my washing machine until right before he left. He discovered the problem all along was a faulty fill valve in one of the toilets. He replaced it and the supply line (at no cost to me as of yet) and advised me to contact the plumbing manager about the issue with replacing a $514 part that wasn't needed. When I called Aksarben after the second plumber left and asked for the plumbing manager, I was routed to the QA person and was told I would receive a return call. It has been two days since my last call to them. I stopped payment on the check I wrote to them on the first day. I assume I will hear from them shortly. BTW, the fill valve that was installed must need some adjustment as you can hear it running from time to time.

Came late though company called to tell us they were running late. By the time they got here and diagnosed the problem it was too late to get the parts needed to repair the problem. They came back three days later and fixed our constantly running toilet.

Identified the problem (leak in the faucet line) very quickly and didn't try to up sell me or give me any song and dance. Very honest, and I found him to be very polite and courteous.

On a Saturday evening they arrived in 15 minutes. Got me through the weekend, back on Monday, sewer line needed replaced. Helped with financing. Professional, & quality work. An unexpected expense for me, they explained each step of the process, answering all my questions and concerns.

He did not actually need to do any work but let us know that as soon as possible. He did not charge us for a service call, did not try to tell us anything but the truth. I will hire him to actually do the bathroom when we are ready to upgrade!
