Aksarben ARS was super helpful in finding me the right water heater - they make an estimate with model and labor, and that's the amount you pay. Installer had the unit working and the old one out in under 2 hours. A+ service

Everyone was very helpful and professional. I could not have been happier! All the men were professional! I would definitely call them again!

I hired this company twice. The first time I explained clearly what I needed. To have a sink taken out that was installed in a difficult way (I explained). No problem. Agreed to their 48 service fee only to be told after waiting for the appointment that they couldn't touch it. Waste of time. Plumber was nice so called back once I got the sink out and new one mounted for a simple faucet install with disposal and dishwasher. All the pipes/fittings/parts were there. It's simply reconnecting. Set new appointment. They couldn' t tell me an approximate price which is ridiculous but set the appointment. Plumber comes in, I show him, he goes to his truck for a good 20 minutes comes back with his estimate. $583 to re-hook up faucets. Are you KIDDING? That was the best he could do . I paid the 49 service fee which is also ridiculous and sent him on his way. Called In-law plumbers and they were able to come out in 20 minutes, charge up-front time and materials and the entire job including switching out some pipes with new was 187.00. Beautify, certified licensed plumbing work. It was a fair price. Aksarben ARS should be ashamed of themselves trying to gouge the customer. I think the plumber took me for a desperate fool and was looking to make a complete scam. Aksarben ARS says they follow up on quality assurance but so far no response. No refund of the rip off fee and no apology for that matter. They are crooks.

They had to postpone by one day because of an emergancy and were kind enough to call and let me know so my whole afternoon wasn"t wasted.

The gentleman had a average customer service there was nothing fantastic about it. His knowledge of his job field that was lackluster at best. I had requested a service call to confirm if a floor drain was clogged And I was looking for a quote on what it would cost to get the line snaked. it took 30 minutes to get to that answer And when I finally received it I discovered it was going to cost me almost $400 in time and service fees. I declined and escorted him out
