Excellent service! Repair was needed in Des Moines area. This was the only company who offered service. Paul was professional and competent, was thorough, and kept me informed as to what was needed and how he fixed it. Exceeded my expectations!

I took my tv there to see if they would look at it. I went in first to see what they would say. The receptionist was extremely rude and made it clear it would cost just for them to look at it. When we said that was ok, her attitude became even worse and seemed to try to talk us out of leaving it there. She then told us to go get it cause she needed to clear a space. Which given her expression must be a huge ordeal. We decided against using their service and left. I was informed by another repair shop that they mostly get repairs from warranties through a local retailer. Evidently we weren't worth their time. Very poor excuse to treat people like that. I want to make it clear that her attitude was completely unprovoked and that this was literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
