+ -1 moreI called in early March to have this company come out and give me a quote to remove all the knob and tube in my house and replace with new wiring. I set up an appointment for them to come 30 March. I was completely satisfied with the walk-thru that was done with me and excited about this company potentially rewiring my house, but now it's been about a month without getting back with me. I have even called and left messages on requesting my quote for the rewire. Unfortunately, I still have not heard back from them. I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: I requested a quote to rewire almost my entire house from knob and tube to new wiring. A walk-thru was conducted and nothing else.

+ -1 moreCame the same day that I called, came on time, did the work within an hour or so. Very friendly and did a great job. Will need more work in the future and will call him back for sure.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced 3 outlets. Installed new wiring in bath & changed outlet to gfc outlet.

Description of Work: They fixed light sockets and replaced electrical lights in the basement.

+ -1 moreInitially I had some trouble when AkSarBen contacted me to set up a date. I was not available and they said they would call in a day or two and come out. After waiting several days, I called back and they remembered the call and admitted it had slipped by. After that, they came out the next day and did a an excellent job. I would definitely give them a second chance, if I have more electrical work in the future.
Description of Work: I had a new pool heater installed and the pool company recommended the electrical connection be completed by ArSarBen Electric. It required running additional conduit and testing the heater.
