I went through Angie's List on this provider. They do snow removal. It is one of the few commercial snow removal companies that allows us to pay as we go. We pay a certain amount for each snow event, depending on the amount of time and salt they have to use. This is opposed to paying a flat fee per month or season. They are very prompt and get the parking lot and walks at our church cleaned up. Our agreement is after the snow has stopped so it is usually within six to eight hours after the snow stops that they've got everything cleaned off so they have been very prompt. My interaction with them has been good. I call his cell phone whenever I have questions or need to make modifications to our service. It is a small firm consisting of him and his wife. I think, primarily, his wife does the bookkeeping. He may have some employees, I don't know. The work has turned out great. The previous contract would leave ice and the parking lot would still be slick whereas our new contractor does a much better job and puts the salt down to kind of keep ice from re-forming. They are doing very well. I would say the price is excellent. Their response has been excellent so far. He has been very professional to work with and gets his bills submitted right away. We have already contracted with him to do snow removal this winter.
