Description of Work: I had them move a Baldwin upright piano from one home to another. I can't remember the owner's name right off, but he is a great guy. I called and left a message. He called me back within the hour. He was very helpful and accommodating to my scheduling needs. He also gave me a quote which he honored. Him and another fellow arrived on time at the home of the people I bought the piano from and arrived quickly at my home. I would say the entire process took 30 minutes max. I gave them a "B" for price because I feel like $175.00 was a little high for moving an upright from a bottom level home to another bottom level home that were less than 3 miles from each other.

Description of Work: They came to our home here in Omaha and picked up our upright studio piano. They then transported it some 200 miles to Holton, Kansas. They delivered it in excellent condition and set it up as they were directed. Pick up and delivery were timely as promised. We were completely satisfied and would use them again.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used Action Movers to move my piano for me. The first time I used them was last year when I moved my piano from Columbus to Omaha. The second time was today when I had them move my piano from my garage to my basement. I had such a good experience with Jessie the first time I used him that I contacted him recently because I was moving and needed the contents of my house (along with my piano) moved. Unfortunately he was out of town the day I needed to be moved so he wasn't able to help me. I hired a different set of movers to move my contents, but wasn't comfortable with their ability to handle a piano. I had them leave the piano in the garage and waited for Jesse to get back in town. Jessie was able to move it the next day even though he had many other pianos to move. Jessie was very careful moving the piano down the stairs, which confirmed that I made the right decision by waiting for him to get back in town. I was very happy with both experiences and would not hesitate to use him again. He is quick, professional, and very competitively priced.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, moved the piano in about 10 minutes and did an excellent job. I could not have moved this piano, even with help from friends. I will have them move the piano back when the floor is ready.

+ -1 moreI called Action Movers in the morning. I gave them the address of where the piano was located. They said they would have it delivered by 11 am. They arrived at my house at 10:30 am. Brought the piano into our house. They moved the piano to several locations in our house until my wife decided where it fit best. They were very courteous and professional. They knew how move a piano without hurting or damaging it. I would call them again for moving anything.
Description of Work: Action Movers picked up a piano in north Omaha for me and delivered it to my house in Bellevue. A 14 mile move of the piano.
