Repair job turned into a new opener installation. Felt their diagnosis and recommendation to install new opener was honest and fair. Honored (without asking) an old coupon 'sticker' on the garage door for labor discount and also one for a free keypad opener. And accepted a free service call discount for mentioning the phone book ad. Very professional job and customer interaction. Very pleased overall. Only 4.5 stars above ...because very little is truly worth 5 stars, IMHO.

over all the installers did a great job stayed with the project till it was compleated installing three doors. very polite and cleaned up well when finished, price a little high then ther comp. but was satisfied.

Probably the BEST experience I've had dealing with a company I found on the intertnet. Tim was the greatest for returning my calls and emails answering my questions and taking the time to explain the different doors his company offered. Thanks Hicklin Overhead Doors for a job well done.
