Mr. Culley was referred to me by a contractor we have used and trusted, who uses Mr. Culley as a subcontractor for tiling jobs. He returned my call very quickly and set up a meeting at our convenience. Once we met, he arranged the services quickly. The installer was very, very precise and careful to make sure that everything was level and straight. He was so meticulous that it was fun to watch him work. He was friendly, cleaned up the mess at the end of each workday, and left us with clear instructions as to how to care for the tile and grout while it cured and after. I was very impressed with both Mr. Culley and his tile installer. Mr. Culley conducted the business end of the job with honesty and was very prompt to check on the job to make sure that we, the customers, were totally satisfied and that he was also satisfied with the quality of the work. I would definitely use this contractor again for any type of renovation or repair, as he was honest, straightforward, and made sure the customer was satisfied. As we talked, I learned that he is active in accessibility design and construction. As a retired rehabilitation counselor, I was glad to hear that, as my dealings with him showed him to be honest, thorough and customer-oriented. Considering the job he did for us, I found his prices to be fair and reasonable. His follow-up and interest in customer satisfaction was a refreshing change from some of the horror stories I have heard from others. I would definitely recommend this contractor to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.
